The game won't install or crashes on launch

Make sure your device meets Android's minimum requirements and you have enough free storage. Try restarting your device, then reinstalling from Google Play. If it still fails, email us your device model and Android version.

I made a purchase but didn't receive it / restoring purchases

Purchases are tied to your Google Play account. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account used at purchase time, then relaunch the game. If the item still isn't there, email us your Google Play order number (from your Play Store purchase history) and we'll investigate.

How do I report a bug?

Email [email protected] with a description of what happened, your device model, and steps to reproduce it if possible. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email [email protected] from your contact address (or include your Play Games ID if you signed in for leaderboards) and ask us to delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect.
